Job Summary: Handles administrative human resources duties including: HRIS maintenance, employee on-boarding, conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews, assist in creating and maintaining department reports. Maintain databases and records.
Duties/Responsibilities: - Update and Maintain HRIS
- Manage the New Employee On-Boarding Process
- Conduct Phone Screens
- Schedule Department Interviews
- Take part in the Culture Committee activities and planning
- Collect and organize data for monthly reporting
- Complete Employment Verifications
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities: Expert user of MS Office including Word, Excel and Teams. Tech-savvy to be able to learn and navigate multiple systems, platforms and portals with ease. Three years HRIS experience. Ability to function at a high level and manage several tasks simultaneously. Superior customer service and professional friendly demeanor. Strong attention to detail. The ability to maintain confidentiality is critical to this position.
Education and Experience: High school diploma required. 4-year degree in business or related field strongly preferred. A minimum of 3 years' human resources experience.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use a keyboard and other office equipment for several hours at a time. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
