Tarantino Properties is looking to add a People Development Manager to join our growing company in Houston, Texas.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire talent development process at Tarantino Properties, including:
- Creation, distribution, and administration of new training materials
- On-going feedback, development, and maintenance of training materials
- Project management of training initiatives
- Administration of semi-annual and annual review process
- Assist employees in identifying and pursuing career advancement opportunities within the company.
- Build a culture of continuous learning
This person would not be the trainer for all training initiatives, but rather a coordinator to ensure that proper trainings are accomplished throughout the company.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working at a medium/large corporate environment that has a company-wide training program
- Preferred but not required for this individual to have experience being part of a training program (end-user, not necessarily a designer)
- 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role preferred
- Background in Human Resources is a plus
- Open to candidates with a consulting background
- Must have technology competency (eg, Microsoft Suite of products, ability to learn new technology)
- High intrapersonal skills required, as this person will need to work with executives and employees across the entire organization
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and strategic thinker
- High-energy, go-getter personality
- Able to work autonomously and independently on tasks
- Able to adapt and learn
