What you'll be doing:
We're seeking a Pensions Projects Lead to join Veolia's Pensions Department, where you'll manage diverse projects from initial assessment through to successful delivery while helping shape our policies and processes.
In this dynamic role, you'll combine your pensions experience with strong project management skills to steer projects, lead communication initiatives, improve departmental efficiency, and provide senior support for administrators. Your expertise will be essential in building relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, while maintaining an in-depth understanding of pension governance and legislative requirements.
What we're looking for:
- The ideal candidate will be a strategic self-starter with excellent organisational abilities and advanced problem-solving skills
- You'll need to be naturally curious, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
- We're looking for someone who can demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, adapt to new challenges and work collaboratively within our team.
- Experience with pension administration systems and project management methodologies would be advantageous.
