Role: Pega RPA Developer
Seattle,W Experience (Years): 10 & Above Essential Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in Pega RPA, including the development and deployment of bots.
• Experience in automating business processes, designing workflows, and integrating Pega RPA with third-party systems.
• Proven ability to optimize and debug automation processes for performance and scalability.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Solid understanding of RPA best practices and methodology. Desirable Skills: Pega Robotics Certification or similar RPA certifications.
• Experience with other RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms.
