Pediatrics Physician

Mason Health is seeking a Pediatrician (PED) to join our team in Shelton, Washington (WA).

Position Details:

• 4-day work week mainly outpatient

• 15-20 Patients per day

• Ability to teach and work with students during rotations

• EMR-Cerner

• Collaborative team seeking a team-focused partner who is interested in a practice that allows autonomy and a supportive administration - Never pushed based on the quantity of patients seen due to our focus on quality patient care

• Ability to sponsor J1 and H1B visa waivers

Compensation Details:

• Base salary of $259K

• Sign-on bonus starting at $45K

• Student loan repayment up to $125K

• 7 Weeks of PTO

• Physician's health insurance premiums covered by the practice

• 3 Retirement options including a pension plan

• Shelton, Washington (WA) is located 20 miles from Olympia and about 90 minutes from Seattle, Washington (WA)
