- Shift schedule: 12 days per month OR 1 weekend per month: In-house 24 hour shifts.
- Peds floor has a low average daily census of 0-1, and the Newborn Nursery is a level 1.
- Must be comfortable preforming high-risk deliveries, newborn resuscitations and seeing newborns on mother-baby.
- Must be comfortable treating higher-acuity patients. Ex. patients requiring oxygen (no CPAP) or IV fluids and NAS.
