5-10 well check visits per day
15-18 total patients per day
2 mid-levels provide coverage
Support staff: MA, PSR, Practice Manager
no supervision required
less than 100 births per year
Nursery Level I

Estimated Cred timeframe: 45 days
will reimburse for travel
