The Position - Outpatient-focused with minimal inpatient duties
- Shared call (1:3 or better) mostly newborns 36+ weeks and C-sections
- No inpatient rounding no dedicated pediatric wing
- Clinic Hours: Mon Thurs 8 5, Fri 8 12 (open to evening/weekend flexibility)
- Patient Volume: 25/day
- Call: 10 days/month, includes triage
