Position Details
- Outpatient Only
- Flexible 4- or 5-day work schedule
- Currently 3 PED, 1 FNP, 2 NP s, 4 OA s, 12 MA s, 4 LPNs, and 4 lab staff
- Office Hours: 7am-4:30pm (flexible with start time and stop time)
- 36 patient contact hours
- 25 exam rooms, 3 per provider
- Teaching Opportunity for Residency program
- See 22 patients per day
- On-site lab
- Providers work in the same location

Financials
- Full Time Employed
- Base Salary: $250K + Bonus Incentives
- Signing Bonus: $60K
- Resident Stipend: $24K
- Student Loan Forgiveness: $100K over 5 years
- CME: $5K
- 32 days of vacation
