Pediatrics Physician Assistant

•  BC / Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
•  Nonprofit FQHC clinic setting
•  Strictly outpatient
•  M - F, 8:30 - 5:00
•  Hour of admin, 7 hrs of patient care, and 30 min for lunch
•  Could potentially entertain reduced schedule
•  Expectation is to see 14-15 patients per day
•  Scheduled patients and walk-ins
•  1 MA per provider
•  Salary based on experience: $107,000 for new grad up to $164,000
•  Additional pay for DNP
•  Passing Spanish fluency test =2% annual bonus
•  Productivity bonuses = 3% annual bonus if you hit 105% of prod of goal; 5% if you hit %110 of prod goal based on number of patients seen
•  Pay increases 2.5%-4% annually based on performance revieww
