Facility in Dallas, TX seeking Pediatric Critical Care APP locums in Dallas, TX Rates: $160/hr Schedule:
  • Shifts include:
    • 10-hour evenings: 1:00 PM 11:00 PM
    • 12-hour days: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
    • 12-hour nights: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
  • Night call responsibilities are in-house and rotated equally
  • Minimum requirement: 4 6 shifts per 4-week block

Clinical Responsibilities:
  • Daily management of 4 6 PICU patients during daytime shifts
  • Overnight coverage includes all assigned patients plus new admissions
  • Expected to independently perform:
    • Arterial line placement
    • Central venous line placement
    • Chest tube insertion
    • Endotracheal intubation
    • Lumbar puncture
    • PICC line placement
Requirements:
  • Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  • Board Certification required
  • BLS and PALS certifications mandatory; NPR certification preferred
  • Will consider providers seeking licensure
  • Epic EMR experience preferred
  • Minimum 90-day credentialing timeline
