Requirements:
- Licensedas a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner in the state ofWashington.
- Nationalboard certification as a PNP or FNP.
- Minimumof 1-2 years of pediatric experience preferred (new graduates with strongpediatric training will also be considered).
- CPRand PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
- Stronginterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with youngpatients and their families.

KeyResponsibilities:
- Providecomprehensive primary care services for pediatric patients, includingwell-child checks, developmental assessments, and acute care visits.
- Managesame-day sick visits, minor injuries, and other urgent pediatric concerns.
- Developand implement care plans in collaboration with families, focusing on holisticand patient-centered care.
- Educatepatients and families on preventive care, immunizations, nutrition, and otherhealth-related topics.
- Collaboratewith other healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless care coordinationand delivery.
- Maintainaccurate and timely medical records in compliance with clinic policies andregulatory standards.
