This role involvesproviding general pediatric primary care, including same-day sick visits andminor injury care. The ideal candidate will have a blend of clinical expertiseand a cheerful, encouraging demeanor that fosters a comforting and welcomingenvironment for young patients and their families.

Requirements:
  • Licensedas a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner in the state ofWashington.
  • Nationalboard certification as a PNP or FNP.
  • Minimumof 1-2 years of pediatric experience preferred (new graduates with strongpediatric training will also be considered).
  • CPRand PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
  • Stronginterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with youngpatients and their families.
  • Flexibleand adaptable to the dynamic nature of pediatric care.
  • Apositive, cheerful demeanor and commitment to creating a supportive andwelcoming environment for children.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Providecomprehensive primary care services for pediatric patients, includingwell-child checks, developmental assessments, and acute care visits.
  • Managesame-day sick visits, minor injuries, and other urgent pediatric concerns.
  • Developand implement care plans in collaboration with families, focusing on holisticand patient-centered care.
  • Educatepatients and families on preventive care, immunizations, nutrition, and otherhealth-related topics.
  • Collaboratewith other healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless care coordinationand delivery.
  • Maintainaccurate and timely medical records in compliance with clinic policies andregulatory standards.
