About the role:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday-Friday 8a-5p
- PNP will work in a pediatric outpatient setting seeing an underserved patient population
- Pediatric Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for Primary Care services helping individuals manage their chronic conditions, preventative care, and patient education
- PNP will be sole provider in an outpatient setting with support by phone
Background:
- Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner / PNP
- 1.5-2 years of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner required
- Bi-lingual in Spanish
