What You'll Do

Provide age-appropriate medical care to infants, children, and adolescents-including well-child exams, immunizations, and developmental screenings.

Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions with a strong focus on preventive care and health education.

Collaborate with families to create personalized care plans that support both medical and psychosocial needs.

Refer patients to pediatric subspecialists as needed and coordinate comprehensive care across services.

Support a safe and welcoming environment for all families, and serve as a trusted resource for caregivers navigating health and development.

Participate in team meetings, staff trainings, and clinic operations aimed at improving quality of care.

Ideal Candidate

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.

Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice medicine in the State of California.

Committed to working with children and families from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Skilled in developmental assessment, family communication, and trauma-informed care.

Collaborative, empathetic, and driven by a passion for pediatric health equity.

Experience in community or school-based health, behavioral health integration, or underserved settings is a plus.

Additional Qualifications

Active or eligible DEA license.

Familiar with pediatric dosing, immunization schedules, developmental benchmarks, and pediatric EMRs.

Knowledgeable about HIPAA, OSHA, and pediatric care compliance standards.

Comfortable engaging with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
