Position Overview

GreenLife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician for a full-time contract opportunity at a medical facility in Fort Stewart, Hinesville, GA. This position offers a meaningful way to serve a diverse patient population while enjoying consistent weekday hours and federal holidays off.

Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
Completed Pediatrics Residency
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics
Active, unrestricted medical license in the U.S.
Current BLS and Pediatric ACLS certification
Minimum 12 months of relevant experience within the last 36 months

Benefits
Competitive hourly rate: $93/hour
Paid vacation, PTO, and federal holidays
Opportunities for on-call compensation (12-24 hour shifts based on provider preference)

Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday
8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Non-paid lunch break (up to 60 minutes)
Weekends and extended hours possible with pre-approval
On-call duties may apply, scheduled by Department Chief

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat pediatric illnesses, injuries, and conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Maintain accurate medical histories and patient records
Prescribe treatments, therapies, and medications
Discuss results, treatment plans, and procedures with patients and families
Monitor ongoing patient care and make adjustments as needed
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
Educate patients and families on prevention, hygiene, and wellness
Stay current with medical research and pediatric advancements
