Pediatric Mental Health Therapist

The CRC Cottage Therapist provides individual and group therapy, crisis counseling, and case management to clients, overseeing therapeutic services within a cottage setting. They collaborate with staff to foster a supportive, balanced environment based on Christian values, promoting safety and engagement in treatment.

•  Offers support and psychoeducation to clients and staff, facilitates group sessions, and develops treatment plans aligned with clients' needs. Maintains documentation and participates in interdisciplinary teams, referrals, and meetings.

•  Assumes a team-first approach, regularly meets with supervisors, and ensures compliance with clinical standards. Provides relational interventions and training, while modeling Christ-like attitude and core values.

•  Requires relevant licensure, experience with children in residential care, strong interpersonal skills, and physical ability to respond swiftly in crises. Committed to quality improvement and working within a faith-based environment.
