The Pediatric Hospitalist locum tenens opportunity in North Carolina
Duration: March 2022 December 2022 (potential for extension)
Location: Near Pinehurst, NC
Schedule: Per diem, most pressing the weekend call
Shift: 8a-8a
Weekend call: Friday, 5p-Monday, 7a
Scope: Pediatric Hospitalist, Nursery rounds, Inpatient calls and rounds, ER calls, new admission and discharge, circumcision
Volume: Approximately 60 deliveries per month
EMR: Epic
Group: Anesthesia is available 24/7 on call
Nursery: Nursery is a Level 2 (Special Care) with 5 beds. Normally health babies will reside in with the mother. Babies with Special care needs stay in the Level 2 nursery.
Hospital: 104 beds
Required: Board certified or board eligible with North Carolina license (we are exploring the North Carolina COVID license)
