Pediatric

Seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians for our client in Missouri.

Schedule:

• Must be available to work: 9-hour shifts- primarily evening/nights; would like coverage for 15 shifts a month
• If a provider is interested and can do those dates; has an MO license we will prioritize those. Shift time 4p-1a

Details:

• 14 -18 patients per shift
• 13 rooms, 3 hall beds
• Level - 1 trauma
• Support staff: 2-4 RN, PA/NPs: 1, MA:1
• PEM fellowship trained locum preferred, would consider board-certified pediatrician with ED experience (needs to have experience with trauma, procedural sedation, airway management, procedures, etc.).
• If PEM, only PALS certification is required.
• If not PEM, PALS, and ATLS required.
• Will accept Pediatric hospitalists with experience in trauma, procedural sedation, airway management, procedures, etc.

Requirements:

• BC/BE (ABEM) or (AOBEM)
• MO state license or willing to apply
