- Compensation: $240k - $310k
- Performance Bonus: RVU-Based Bonus Structure
- Sign-On Bonus: $20k

•BE/BC in Pediatric Critical Care
•Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
•H1B vias candidates, O1 visa candidates, and 2026 J1 candidates are welcome

•Assistant professor is an entry-level position for a Board-Certified physician at TTUHSC El Paso. Lateral move in ranking will be honored as TTUHSC El Paso.
