•  Reason for need: Start Up
•  Shift Coverage: 24 hour shift with call at night, 7a - 7a
•  Length of Need: 6+ months
•  1000 annual births
•  Beds in Facility: 270
•  Patient Daily Load Per Clinician: ADC - 6
•  Will accept non AZ licensed candidates who are part of IMLC (compact license)
•  Board Certified Required
•  NICU Bed Size: Level III - 18 bed
•  C-Section Rate: 25%
•  EMR: Internal Medimbile for billing, hospital Cerner
•  Responsibilities:
•  PICU
•  Peds Floor
•  ED consults
•  PICU/NICU Level: PICU, Hospital Level I Trauma
•  Call Required
•  Weekend Required
•  Temps Available
•  Minimum Number of Shifts Per Month: 5
