- Start Date: ASAP upon credentialing
- Schedule: Mondays for the rest of October & Mon-Weds for November.
- 25-40 pts per day between hygiene & Op.

Requirements:
- Must have active WA license
- General Pediatric procedures
- Must have applicable certifications
