Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant APP Needed

Location: San Francisco

Start: January

25-week assignment with the option to extend

Schedule: Weekdays/Weekends, rotating basis. Day shifts, 4x10hrs, 7a-530p

Work Details:

• Support staff: 3 APPs - very well supported

• Amount of coverage needed per month: 4 x 10 shifts per week

• Patients per day: 12, 6:1 is the max ratio - 4:1 is usual

•Patient population/age: Pediatric

• Department description: Pediatric

• EMR: EPIC

• Skills required: Bone Marrow Transplant experience greatly preferred, not required. Peds onc exp preferred.

Practice Setting:

• Hospital

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Yes, MUST BE CPNP-AC. IF PA - must have masters in physician assistant studies

• State license required: Can license for PA

• DEA: Yes

• CSR: No

• Certifications required: AHA BLS

• Minimum experience required: Must have at least 1 year strong peds inpatient experience. Peds BMT and peds oncology experience greatly preferred.
