Multistaff Recruitment is now hiring PCV/Coach drivers for full-time, long-distance coach services across Birmingham This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a local company offering consistent hours, great flexibility, and competitive pay.
This role is long term, temp to perm and offers long term stability to the right candidates.
- Drive local and national routes
- 5 on 3 off shift pattern overtime available
- Average shifts: 10 - 12
- Weekly hours: Between 40 and 50
- Choose from early, middle, late, or night shifts 24/7 operation
- Free onsite parking available
What is expected
- Drive safely, responsibly, and on time
- Deliver excellent customer service to passengers
- Perform daily safety checks and report defects
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle
- Accurately complete timesheets and log working hours
What we need
- Valid UK PCV (Category D) licence
- Valid CPC (Driver Qualification Card)
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 6 months experience (2+ years preferred)
- Basic or Enhanced DBS (We can provide this if you don t have one)
- No more than 6 points on your licence (no DRs, DGs, or bans)
