PC Technicians

Job Description:
Our client needs PC technicians for a Desktop Refresh project involving exchanging current PC desktops with new PC desktops for approximately 250 to 300 users. Candidates should have experience with desk-side support, better than help desk phone support, a good working knowledge of Windows 10 support, a thorough working knowledge of Office 365 and Outlook, data transfer and configuring setups, a good understanding of adding printers, a good understanding of the concept of encryption, a good understanding of file backup software and a good working knowledge of configuring wireless. good generalist with working knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting is preferred.

In addition to the above, candidate shall demonstrate: Excellent people skills, professional demeanor and appearance, fluent in English, success in working with end users, ability to work independently or as a team player, and follow directions, procedures and client policies.
