Job Description - Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues to end-users
- Install and configure computer hardware and software systems
- Monitor computer systems and networks to improve performance
- Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
- Troubleshoot system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long-term efficiency of the network
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes
- Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel

The Successful Applicant Windows 11 upgrade experience (primary project focus)
Familiarity with ticketing systems (in-house system, training provided)
Ability to train new team members
Strong user support and communication skills
Mandarin is preferred Comfortable working directly with users in a hands-on support environment
This role is onsite 5x a week, this role is a contract role to start, W2 ONLY, and NO visa sponsorship available. What's on Offer - An hourly pay rate of approximately $32.00, with a range of $25to $30, based on experience and skills
