The PC Support Analyst is responsible for planning, implementing, and providing support for various IT-related tasks. Key duties include answering Help Desk calls in a professional manner, accurately documenting client information using ServiceNow, and resolving client inquiries regarding applications, as well as low-level hardware issues like printer and PC problems. The analyst routes client issues to the appropriate IT area. Additional responsibilities involve hardware and software assessment, installation, and troubleshooting. The analyst also installs hardware throughout the organization following IT standards.
Minimum Qualifications: - Associate's degree
- Preference for candidates with two (2) years of experience in healthcare.
Experience: - Effective interaction with clients in a complex environment.
- Ability to communicate with different levels of management, IT personnel, and departmental clients.
- Skill in coordinating with vendors to resolve issues.
- Capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements: - Ability to sit, walk, bend, reach, and stoop intermittently.
- Must lift computer equipment (e.g., printers, monitors, CPUs, boxes of paper) weighing over 30 pounds.
