Our PBE Outside Sales Professional is the primary focal point with our PBE (Paint, Body and Equipment) commercial customers. The PBE Outside Sales Pro is our front-line customer relationship manager outside of our stores and focuses on bringing the best solutions for PBE customers. This role is responsible for direct sales to new and existing customers, and pre- and post-sales support and subject matter expertise.


Position may be filled within the Omaha/Lincoln metro area.


Primary Accountabilities

  • Identify new and existing sales and marketing opportunities in the PBE segment, then create sales strategies to meet our customers needs and drive organizational growth
  • Understand the overall PBE market in territory; develop and lead all revenue growth strategies to help us and our customers thrive
  • Tirelessly develop your understanding of our customers to create best-in the-business relationships
  • Relentlessly deliver fantastic service to our PBE customers.
  • Develop and utilize effective sales tracking and customers relationship management practices
  • Maintain high levels of product and technical knowledge; be an expert.
  • Maintain close working relationships with our PBE vendors. Ensure our product offerings align with our customers' wants and needs and make appropriate recommendations.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • At least two years of PBE outside sales experience strongly preferred; will consider strong sales talents from a related industry
  • Prior work experience in automotive paint and/or body shop strongly preferred
  • High level of self-motivation and self-direction
  • Exceptional relationship development talents
  • Outstanding communication skills, include influencing, listening, and asking customer-centered questions
  • Strong personal philosophy focused on fostering one of our key differentiators - SERVICE.

Other Requirements

  • Lifting of a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record. Ability to safely operate company-provided vehicle
  • Standing, lifting, twisting, bending, walking and sitting
  • Basic computer proficiency
