Description

Payroll Administrator for a non-profit. Role is fully on-site.

A stable non-profit is seeking a payroll professional to handle full cycle payroll processing and administrative functions for up to 275 employees. Our client offers strong benefits and a fantastic PTO plan, along with a work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all payroll processing, calculations, and reconciliations

Onboarding into software

Serve as liaison between Finance and HR

Address payroll inquiries from all levels of staff and management (explanations/inquiries regarding overtime calculations, holiday pay, garnishments and other deductions)

Requirements:

4+ years of payroll experience.

Strong payroll/accounting systems knowledge

Professional demeanor and high reliability

Must be able to work fully on-site in a professional office setting

Pay:$65,000.00 - $70,000.00
