Your Day-to-Day
On an average day, your agenda may include the following tasks:
- Review and analysis of physician timesheets for accuracy
- Allocation of additional client costs
- Cross reference of aligning client agreements for accuracy of charges
- Communications with healthcare providers
- Communications with Account Managers
- Collaborating with fellow Operations team members to ensure departmental deadline adherence
You should be able to logically order and complete your daily priorities. In addition to being a proficient independent worker, the ideal candidate can thrive and contribute in a collaborative team environment.
Your attributes should include:
- Background in accounting (AR, Billing and/or Payroll)
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel (v look-ups, pivot tables)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Willingness to lend assistance to co-workers as directed by immediate supervisor
- Strong attention to detail/organization
