Salary: $60,000 - $75,000/year

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing while maintaining compliance with payroll regulations. What You'll Do as Payroll Specialist: - Process payroll for employees using Paylocity, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle payroll adjustments, deductions, tax filings, and garnishments.
- Maintain payroll records and generate reports for finance and HR.
- Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Ensure payroll complies with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- The Payroll Specialist will work closely with HR and Finance to coordinate benefits deductions and reporting.
What We're Looking For: - 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a nonprofit organization.
- Proficiency in Paylocity (plus)
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and reporting.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
