How you will make an impact:
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Generate and run custom reports
- Train and instruct managers in the proper use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.
- Make reports easily accessible by administering/saving them as instructed
- Fulfill other duties as assigned
- Maintain, analyze and reconcile data in MS Excel. Consistently demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Excel.
- Prepare and import payroll financial data into the accounting system.
- Arrange data into spreadsheets and the payroll system
Qualifications
- 2+ years in payroll experience
- Paycom software preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge in local, state and federal wage and hour laws
- Intermediate excel experience
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding all sensitive and confidential payroll and Company information
