This "Construction" client is well established in the Orange County area and is an industry leader. I have an immediate need for an experienced Payroll Specialist. The ideal candidate with have experience in the construction industry and have prevailing wage experience.
Job Duties:
- Payroll Processing
- Timecard data entry
- Payroll Processing and check printing
- Pay Garnishment & reconciliation
- Certified Payroll processing
- Monthly & OCIP Reporting
- Processing and distributing weekly payroll checks
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Construction Industry experience preferred
- CPP or FPC certificate preferred
- Certified Payroll work experience highly desired
- College degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of payroll experience.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail a must.
