Role Description:

The Payroll Solutions Specialist at one of Insight Global's largest clients is responsible for supporting Major Accounts Comprehensive Services clients by providing guidance and research on payroll practices and tax considerations. This role involves handling client inquiries, performing data maintenance, collaborating with internal and external partners, and completing complex projects related to payroll processing.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Respond to questions about WFN, PayX, ezLM, Portal, and HRB applications.
  • Application/Navigation Support: Assist clients with setup, configuration changes, and data maintenance.
  • Payroll Processing: Address payroll processing questions and collaborate with Payroll Processing Representatives.
  • Research: Use online tools to research and respond to payroll, pay practice, and payroll tax inquiries.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues.
  • Escalation: Escalate client issues to appropriate teams and communicate resolutions.
  • Complex Projects: Handle calculation updates, special reports, tax amendments, and troubleshooting.
  • Proactive Communication: Reach out to clients to identify upcoming changes and address concerns.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update client documentation for payroll processing.
  • Quarter/Year-End: Resolve issues from error prevention notices and generate necessary changes.
  • Tax Registration: Monitor and verify tax registrations for clients.

Compensation:

$24.50/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
