LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a leading Food manufacturing company to find a Payroll Manager to lead their payroll operations in the Voorhees, NJ area. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-volume payroll environments and enjoys leading teams, managing compliance, and partnering cross-functionally with HR and Finance.


What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the entire payroll cycle for multi-state operations-ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with HR & Accounting on reconciliations, payroll-related audits, year-end W-2s, and 401(k) reporting.
  • Lead and develop a payroll team (2-3 direct reports).
  • Optimize payroll systems (ADP/UKG) and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up to date on federal and state payroll regulations.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of payroll experience; 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) highly preferred.
  • Strong command of payroll systems (ADP and/or UKG ideal).
  • Excellent Excel, budgeting, and reporting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
