RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE PAYROLL MANAGER:
- Review personnel records to determine names, rates of pay, and occupations of newly hired employees, and changes in wage rates and occupations of employees on payroll.
- Payroll Manager will record new or changed pay rates in payroll files.
- Direct computation of pay according to company policy.
- Direct compilation and preparation of other payroll data such as pension, insurance, and credit union payments.
- Payroll Manager will Review and approve payroll deductions.
- Review payroll to ensure accuracy.
- Determine work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
- Payroll Manager will provide systems analysis and implementation
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE PAYROLL MANAGER:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred but not required
- 5+ years Payroll experience, 1+ in Leadership
- Large Payroll System Experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with top notch time management skills
