• Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis using Paycor software (experience preferred)
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
• Support HR initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture
• Provide general administrative support to the HR and Accounting teams Qualifications:
• Prior experience in payroll and human resources administration
• Hands-on experience with Paycor is highly desirable
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
