Our client, a leading security services company, is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join their team. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be part of the Payroll Department supporting the branch office in Norcross, GA. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, time management, and leadership skills as well as be computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook. Job Title: Payroll Coordinator Location: Norcross, GA Pay Range: $18 - $21/hour What's the Job? + Manage day-to-day activities of the branch office. + Provide support to branch personnel for the successful daily operation of the branch office, as well as ensuring total customer satisfaction. + Responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with payroll by maintaining schedules and posts worked by Security Officers by regular update and maintenance of DSI's payroll system. + Process payroll. + Responsible for managing the employee time and attendance system and investigating and rectifying any issues related to the same. What's Needed? + Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or as required (1 hour lunch). Must maintain regular and timely attendance. + Must be able to perform major life activities: Standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating. + Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds, push, and pull 25 pounds. + Must be able to speak and read English, the ability to communicate in another language may be helpful. + Must display professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness at all times.
