Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process accurate payroll in accordance with applicable laws and company policies
- Maintain payroll records and ensure accuracy of employee data
- Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure accurate processing of pay, taxes, and deductions
- Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
