LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a well-established construction company in Arlington, TX. They are looking to add a Payroll Coordinator to their team. This role offers hybrid flexibility and will be responsible for process semi-monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role is paying $60K to 70K, depending on experience. - Review and process semi-monthly payroll for approximately 1,500+ employees
- Calculate pay for new hires and terminations
- Prepare manual checks and process garnishment, child support and tax levy orders
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements for the payment of compensation and related taxes
- Work closely with Human Resources to maintain compliance with company policy
- Run queries utilizing PeopleSoft, researching, and answering all payroll questions
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- PeopleSoft experience, highly preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
- Excellent communication skills
