What You'll Do as a Payroll Coordinator:
• The Payroll Coordinator will process bi-weekly and/or semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple states
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws, wage and hour regulations, and company policies
• The Payroll Coordinator will manage payroll-related reporting, reconciliations, year-end processes, and support for audits (W-2s, 941s, etc.)
• Partner closely with HR, Accounting, and Benefits teams to ensure seamless coordination on compensation, deductions, and onboarding
• Drive continuous improvement in payroll systems, processes, and internal controls-always looking for ways to streamline
• The Payroll Coordinator will serve as the go-to resource for payroll-related questions with professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality
What We're Looking For in a Payroll Pro:
• 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience (multi-state preferred) with deep knowledge of tax filings and compliance
• Proficient with payroll systems and strong Excel/reporting skills
• Detail-driven, deadline-oriented, and committed to confidentiality and precision in all payroll matters
