Description
As Payroll & Benefits Specialist, your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Lead payroll processing for both US and Canadian entities
- Accurately process payroll for up to 100 employees
- Contribute to upcoming internal projects and initiatives
- Administer employee benefits, including pensions, private health care, life assurance, and season ticket loans
- Liaise with benefits providers to manage enrolments, changes, and terminations
- Oversee annual renewals and open enrolment periods
- Support benefits reporting, bench marking, and cost analysis
- Advise employees on available benefits and the claims process
- Maintain and update HR and payroll systems to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with HR teams on on-boarding, off-boarding, and contractual updates
- Assist with audits by providing relevant documentation for internal and external reviews
- Recommend and implement process and system improvements for greater efficiency
Profile
Will be immediately available to start this position
Will have worked within processing Payroll for 4+ years
Experience of using ADP Celegro is admirable
Job Offer
Immediate start + Salary ranging from 60,000- 70,000 (dependent on experience) + Hybrid working (2 days from home per week) + Join and admired Financial Services firm + Temporary role with permanent potential + Office located in The City of London + On-site benefits
