Enter submitted data for 200+ employees per pay period to ensure accuracy of hours to be paid.
Track and reconcile hours worked by maintenance and operations employees on a daily basis.
Track all vacation, sick, CDIP, and holiday hours for each employee and pay according to availability.
Perform Bi-Weekly Accounting Closing within limited timeframe.
Maintain pay sheets for operations and timecards for maintenance.
Run multiple reports in Workforce and SAP for various departments.
Perform duties in accordance with the Union Agreement Contract
Audit sheets against the weekly operations schedules to ensure accuracy.
Present benefits training for new employees.
Ensure proper recording and storage of data in Workforce, SharePoint, and Live Link.
Notify Medical Dept. & Labor Relations Specialist of absences and return to work dates.
Work with various levels of supervision to complete tasks as needed.
Validate SAP charge numbers for craft worker time.
Maintain records per established record retention policy.
Exhibit high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
. Work with supervisors as needed to locate and or correct timecards/timesheets for Lake Charles hourly employees.
. Verification of data submitted per time period to ensure accuracy of employee hours to be paid

Basic/Required:
Must be able to work flexible hours.
Willing and able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC). Information can be found at

Preferred:
Associates degree
. Ability to work under deadlines.
Proficient in SAP MM and SAP Material Catalogs
Working knowledge of Workforce Software
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
3 or more years of clerical/administrative or accounting related experience.
Advanced Accounting and Math skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a multi-faceted work environment.
Ability to communicate effectively, contribute effectively in a team environment, and is customer oriented
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
Strong communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
