Are you an experienced Payroll Assistant able to commit to a 3 month hybrid role?
Requirement for one day in the office working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Duties for the Payroll Assistant include:-
- Accurately processing timesheets, expenses, absence data, starters, leavers, and any other changes onto the payroll system
- Assisting in the inputting, balancing and reconciliation of the monthly payroll data
- Ensuring all employees are paid in accordance with the rules and polices
- To ensure all records on thepayroll system are uptodate and accurate and comply with the Data Protection Act, company confidentiality policy and audit trail compliance
- Dealing with straightforward payroll queries
- To assist with the input of cost of living pay awards and increments
- Assisting with payslip distribution
To be successful as a Payroll Assistant you will need:-
- End to End payroll experience using computerised payroll systems.
