Revel Group is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our team in Knoxville, TN. This position will oversee payroll processes and benefits administration of Anakeesta, WildSide, Bryce Development, and other entities.
Your Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll and off-cycle payments for all Anakeesta, WildSide, Bryce Development, and Revel Group employees
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure proper documentation of all pay changes, deductions, and garnishments
- Administer benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans
- Manage open enrollment processes, coordinating with vendors and employees
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and leave policies
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations including FLSA, ERISA, COBRA, and ACA
- Prepare payroll reports, audits, and reconciliations for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and third-party providers to ensure data integrity
- Assist HR department with accounts payable functions
- Other duties as assigned
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in payroll and/or benefits administration
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administrations, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and analytical skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
