Revel Group is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our team in Knoxville, TN. This position will oversee payroll processes and benefits administration of Anakeesta, WildSide, Bryce Development, and other entities.


Your Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payroll and off-cycle payments for all Anakeesta, WildSide, Bryce Development, and Revel Group employees
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure proper documentation of all pay changes, deductions, and garnishments
  • Administer benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans
  • Manage open enrollment processes, coordinating with vendors and employees
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and leave policies
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations including FLSA, ERISA, COBRA, and ACA
  • Prepare payroll reports, audits, and reconciliations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and third-party providers to ensure data integrity
  • Assist HR department with accounts payable functions
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Need

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll and/or benefits administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administrations, or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
