- 4+ Years of Strong Experience as a Payroll Analyst.
- Expertise in accurately processing payroll for both the US and Canada.
- Proven experience managing payroll processes for organizations with 200+ employees.
- Proficient with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Teamplay for payroll processing, uploading tax notices, and generating reports.
- Strong ability to handle payroll activities, including new hires, terminations, benefits adjustments, and off-cycle payments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing payroll for the US and Canada on a semi-monthly and off-cycle basis as required.
- Manage payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, benefits adjustments, and prepare batches, final paychecks, adjustments, and special payments.
- Upload tax notices to ADP and ensure tax compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Generate standard and ad-hoc payroll reports for internal and external use.
- Address payroll discrepancies and respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and ADP to support seamless payroll operations.
- Ensure accuracy and maintain high attention to detail in all payroll-related responsibilities.
