Job Details:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
1. Administering and processing payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
2. Handling wage garnishments, tax levies, and other deductions in compliance with federal and state laws
3. Utilizing Ultipro software to manage payroll and related processes
4. Auditing payroll data for errors, discrepancies, and irregularities and taking corrective action as necessary
5. Assisting with payroll-related queries from employees and management, providing excellent customer service
6. Participating in payroll-related projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades or process improvements
7. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll tax laws, regulations, and best practices

Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a large, complex organization
2. Strong knowledge and experience with wage garnishments
3. Proficiency in using Ultipro software for payroll processing
4. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
