Position Overview
Location: Remote (preference for Atlanta or East Coast-based candidates)
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $65,000-$70,000 + discretionary bonus
Schedule: 40-45 hours/week
Reports To: Payroll Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Assist with multi-state payroll processing across several US and Canadian payroll schedules
Review and audit payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance
Handle payroll tax inquiries and maintain records in accordance with IRS regulations
Collaborate with employees and internal departments to resolve payroll discrepancies
Support ongoing projects and system enhancements under the guidance of the Payroll Supervisor
Ideal Candidate
3+ years of experience processing multi-state payroll
Hands-on experience with UKG (required)
Detail-oriented and tech-savvy with intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with Canadian payroll, Dayforce, or union payroll is a plus
Desire to grow and take on additional responsibilities over time
