Payroll Administrator (Remote, East Coast Preferred) - $65K-$70K + Bonus
A rapidly growing, publicly traded technology manufacturing company is seeking two experienced Payroll Administrators to join their team. This is a great opportunity to get in with a high-growth organization that offers flexibility, career development, and exposure to exciting projects.

Position Overview


  • Location: Remote (preference for Atlanta or East Coast-based candidates)

  • Type: Direct Hire

  • Compensation: $65,000-$70,000 + discretionary bonus

  • Schedule: 40-45 hours/week

  • Reports To: Payroll Supervisor

Key Responsibilities


  • Assist with multi-state payroll processing across several US and Canadian payroll schedules

  • Review and audit payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Handle payroll tax inquiries and maintain records in accordance with IRS regulations

  • Collaborate with employees and internal departments to resolve payroll discrepancies

  • Support ongoing projects and system enhancements under the guidance of the Payroll Supervisor

Ideal Candidate


  • 3+ years of experience processing multi-state payroll

  • Hands-on experience with UKG (required)

  • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy with intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Experience with Canadian payroll, Dayforce, or union payroll is a plus

  • Desire to grow and take on additional responsibilities over time
