PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
Compensation: $25 - $30 / hour (DOE)
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (100% in-office)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calculate Payroll for variable compensation or bonus plans
- Calculate, adjust, and process sales commissions
- Journal entries
- New employee set-up
- Reconciliation
- Administer HSA & 401k contribution changes
- Participate in month-end close
- Ensure company remains in compliance with all legal requirements
- Provide data support to all department managers for payroll and commission goals inquires
- Process international payroll utilizing 3rd party software as required
- Process garnishment calculations
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in general accounting with experience in the above stated duties
- Proficient in Excel
- Aptitude for numbers and exceptional commitment to accuracy
- Maintain high confidentiality of payroll-related information
- Strong attention to detail a must.
