Payments & Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic team in
Morristown, NJ. This is a
hybrid role offering
flexible onsite presence (2-3 days per week) and
free parking.
This role is perfect for someone with
2-4+ years of experience-including those from
diverse industries-who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an
analytical mindset, and enjoys diving into
contract terms, payment data, and reporting tools.
What We're Looking For:Bachelor's or Master's degree At least
2-4 years of experience in a
detailed-oriented role (think payments, contracts, financial ops, or data analysis)
Advanced
Excel skills - pivots, macros, complex formulas (at least a 7/10 proficiency)
Experience reviewing
contracts and allocating payment terms Exposure to
SAP or
BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy
A true
team player who's curious, thorough, and ready to dig in
Bonus points if you've worked with Shift, RMUS, or have experience in a senior or managerial role.
